The product must be unused, in the original packaging.

Return is valid in case if you received defected/faulty product, or if you do not want the product anymore. You can ask for return and claimed within 7 days.

The procedure of return is very simple, send us back that product to our address through any courier logistics (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS), after receiving the product our customer service department will contact you for your Bank Account details or Easypaisa details. All courier charges shall be paid by the customer in case of return or exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY

The exchange will be processed in 7 days.

In size exchange delivery charges will be applied.

The customer will bear the delivery charges as well while sending us back to us.

If you received the product and product has defected, so NO CHARGES will apply, you can get a refund or you can exchange the other product as well.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
