PLACING AN ORDER – STEP BY STEP

If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.

STEP 1 :

Click on the product that you are interested in.

Click “ADD TO BASKET” button on the right. You can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner. When you click on the shopping carts icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “BASKET” button.

STEP 2 :

In the shopping carts preview, you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the “x” on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated. To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

STEP 3 :

If you are a registered customer, please sign in. You can also place an order as a guest (without registration). STEP 4 : Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields. Ensure that your data is correct and then select your preferred shipping method.

STEP 5 :

Please select your preferred shipping method. The table presents available shipping methods together with shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

STEP 6 :

Select your payment method:

After you choose your preferred payment method, agree to have your personal data processed, please click on the “Complete Order” button.

STEP 7 :

Check your mailbox – you should receive an order confirmation email.

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as we deal in custom orders.

Refund and Return Policy:

The product must be unused, in the original packaging.

Return is valid in case if you received defected/faulty product, or if you do not want the product anymore. You can ask for return and claimed within 7 days.

RETURN POLICY

No Return, No Exchange, on DISCOUNTED / SALE items.

The procedure of return is very simple, send us back that product to our address through any courier logistics (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS), after receiving the product our customer service department will contact you for your Bank Account details or Easypaisa details. For our address details drop a message on our Instagram page.

All courier charges shall be paid by the customer in case of return or exchange.

1. In the Registered user checkout process as maks.com.pk team, we only ask for basic info in order to provide the service of a quality shopping experience. This basic info is limited to the Full Name, email address and users home address which is the minimum required info in order to act as a fully functional e-commerce website.

Advantage and the only difference between Registered checkout and guest checkout are that Registered users are able to see their past orders anytime and they don’t need to enter their details every time they shop. Registered users also take advantage of being informed about exclusive sales and pre-sale events.

1. The guest checkout process also requires the above-mentioned information but does not store these details in the database of the website.
2. Social login process does only require signing in using the Facebook platform, which is solely developed and exclusively controlled by Facebook, which means none of your personal info, is asked by ShoesRepublic, the only minimum required above-mentioned info is fetched from Facebook in order to provide the proper service of e-commerce.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving our service. By using the Site, you (visitor, user) agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection & Usage

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with the above-mentioned certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include and is limited to your Full Name, email address, and home address.

Order Processing:

Maks.com.pk is closed on Sundays and gazette holidays. All orders received on, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping Policies:

Standard Shipping: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 2PM PST will ship same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment yourself. Maks.com.pk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
