Refund policy

Return Window:

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Refund & Return (Missing Parcel/Item Case):

In case of any missing parcel or item claim, customers are required to provide proper proof for verification. This includes:

  • A complete unboxing video
  • Clear pictures of the received package
  • Visible shipping label/tracking details

The video must be recorded from the moment the package is unopened until all contents are shown clearly. Claims without valid video and picture evidence may not be eligible for refund or replacement processing.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
  • Items on sale or marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
