A: A flat delivery charge of Rs. 199/- is applied to all orders from MAK's.

A: We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please refer to our detailed Return Policy for more information.

A: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

A: We accept credit/debit cards and cash on delivery (COD).

A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Mak's with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
